Practical Edge will not be scheduling local public classes in 2026. After careful consideration, we have decided to relocate out of Washington State.

For the past 20 years, we have been proud to serve the Tri-Cities community, traveling students, and law enforcement throughout the Northwest. We sincerely thank everyone who has trained with and supported us.

Recent state legislation and regulatory changes affecting small firearms-related businesses have made it no longer reasonably feasible for us to continue operations in Washington. We do not support the increased taxation and business costs passed on to our clients, nor the continued erosion of lawful firearm ownership rights.
